Train the trainer - coaching & Mentor Program

I bring a new perspective, sound science and practical application that is easily understood.
With 25 years of experience building my own business (as of 2022) and my associates in Marketing Communications, I am able to bring more to the training table than many programs at an affordable rate.
Options:
Intro to Training - Train the Trainer:
This is a 3-month program that meets weekly (via Zoom).
Students will be expected to actively train a dog, complete reading and written assignments and participate in the weekly meetings. Skills will be in basic manners and gaining a working understanding of using reinforcement & what it is.
Programs start: February & August each year.
$750.00 for the complete 3- month program
Job Shadow:
Shadowing allows you to quietly observe and take notes training sessions (classes or private) and to ask questions and gain needed feedback. Available throughout the year.
$50 per class observation
$75 per private session observation (confidentiality required)
Mentorship:
Spend an hour with Renea in a 1 on 1 discussion tailored to your specific needs.
Can include anything from training skills to client skills to how to set up classes most efficiently.
$130 per hour (includes 1 class shadow)
